Examing Deeds

At Calvert Consulting, I am an expert when it comes to the examination of land registry documents. Throughout the whole deed examination process, I ensure all clients receive the best possible outcome. The process that land goes through involves a document that is a summary of the original deed. Usually, this is safely retained and controlled by LPS (Land & Property Services).

This first deed is then transferred back to the owner of the land (you) and the person who lodged the deed. The examination reviews:

One downfall of this process is that the Registry of Deed methods of work does not point out whether any documents are legal or non-legal. After this process has taken place, the registration of the land will phase out the Registry of Deeds. Working within the regulations of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), you receive an accurate service.
